Alvarado guarantees a continuous leadership by example for 2015

CITY OF MALOLOS – Bulacan Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado assured the Bulakenyos of a continuous leadership by example during the first Monday flag raising ceremony of the year this morning held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium.

The local chief executive also encouraged the employees to start the year right by serving the people fast, efficient and with smiles on their faces.

“We have to work and we will be setting example. Makakaasa po kayo ng leadership by example ang gagawin po natin; mahaba ang naging bakasyon marami ang naghahanap ng ating pglilingkod kaya magsimula tayo,” Alvarado said.

Alvarado also reminded the employees to be true to their oath as a public servant.

“Sa ating panunumpa, sumusumpa tayong maglilingkod ng mahusay. New Year po ngayon, kalimutan na ‘yung nakaraan, ang importante ‘yung hinaharap. Kinakailangan ng higit na paglilingkod sa nakararami katulad ng sinabi ni Apolinario Mabini, gawin mong maligaya ang iyong bayan, paglingkuran mo ng may katuwiran, katarungan na nagdudulot ng pagbabago higit sa iyong sarili, sapagkat ‘pag ang inyong bayan ay maligaya, magiging maligaya rin tayo,” the governor said.

He also shared the good news to Bulakenyos about Bulacan being predicted to be the next industrialized province in the whole country.

“Peace and order is a very important component in development. Umasa tayo, harapin natin ang bagong taon ng may pagmamahal sa bawat gawin natin, puno ng pag-asa at higit sa lahat may pananalig sa Diyos,” Alvarado ended.
