Congressman Lorna Silverio, third district representative of Bulacan, awards Basilidez Bautista a plaque of recognition for her contribution in the promotion of local food industry and in helping propel the local economy during the “Bulacan Business Conference 2017” held at The Pavilion Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan, Saturday morning. Bautista is a local historian, culinary expert, antique collector and heritage advocate.
