Members of the Guiguinto Scholars Association (GSA) proudly present before thousands of Bulakenyos their trophy, certificates of recognition and the copy of Kapasiyahan Blg. 097-T’17, a resolution that recognizes the GSA after being hailed as one of the Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations (TAYO) of the Philippines awardees in the recently concluded TAYO Awards during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymansium, City of Malolos, Bulacan this morning. Provincial officials who witnessed the presentation include (L-R) Board Members Allan Andan, Perlita Delos Santos, Therese Cheryll Ople, Ma. Lourdes Posadas, Emelita Viceo and Enrique Dela Cruz, Vice Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Provincial Youth, Sports, Employment and Development Office Head Elizabeth L. Alonzo.
