Kasalan at Okasyon to feature Bulakenyo creations

CITY OF MALOLOS – The Provincial Government of Bulacan through the Provincial History, Arts, Culture and Tourism Office will feature the best Bulakenyo creations and event organizers in a three-day exhibit dubbed as “Kasalan at Okasyon 2018” to be held at Robinsons Place Malolos on September 14 to 16, 2018.

Known to be the ‘Wedding Capital of the Philippines’, this activity aims to inspire other Bulakenyos who want to engage in this kind of business and encourage people especially the residents of Bulacan to support and be proud of their own products.

Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado said that promoting and buying products made by their fellow Bulakenyos is one way of showing patriotism.

“Ang pagtangkilik sa mga produkto natin ay magsisimula sa atin, ang pagmamahal sa sarili nating bayan ay sa atin din nag-uumpisa. Walang ibang higit na magmamalasakit at magtataguyod ng lalawigang ito kundi tayong mga naninirahan dito, tayong mga anak ng Bulacan,” Alvarado explained.

On its year four, over 30 suppliers and participating exhibitors who are among the pioneers of the Bulacan Wedding Industry and New Suppliers will be joining the grandest fair including Sally Tan Castro Hair and Makeup Artistry, Photoshoppe Events and Photography, House of Brides Boutique and Events, Kultura Event Styling, GJs Catering, Bahay ng Tisa, FAES Family Affair Event Specialist Wedding Planner, and Bistro Maloleño among others.

Ferdie Talbenito, president of Bulacan Event Suppliers Association, invites all who wants to plan their wedding, birthday or any special occasion to visit the fair and assures that all the event specialists there can give the clients a hassle and stress-free experience.

He also said that exciting discounts and freebies await those who will support the event.
