PHOTO RELEASE – SIGNING OF DEED OF USUFRUCT BETWEEN PGB AND CSC

Sy-Alvarado and Civil Service Commission (CSC) Chairperson Alicia Dela Rosa-Bala sign the Deed of Usufruct held at the Official Residence, City of Malolos, Bulacan this afternoon, which allows the CSC to use the Bulacan Public School Teachers Association (BPSTA) land and building located in the Capitol Compound.
