Thousands of jobs up for grabs for Bulakenyos on Job and Livelihood Fair

CITY OF MALOLOS- Thousands of jobs from some 40 local and international companies and skills demo to help them discover ways to earn money are waiting for Bulakenyo job seekers in an activity dubbed as “Job and Livelihood Fair” on September 13, 2019, 8 am at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium in this city.

Aside from local and overseas employment and skills demo on haircutting, massage therapy and candle and soap making, the job and livelihood fair themed as “Trabaho. Negosyo. Kabuhayan.” will also have information caravan and entrepreneurial development training to help Bulakenyos land on the perfect job aligned with their skills and talent.

Governor Daniel R. Fernando encourages Bulakenyos to participate and grab the opportunity to learn and meet with employers to be able to discover their potentials and probably get their dream job.

“Ang ating Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ay patuloy ang paggawa ng paraan upang lalong mailapit sa ating mga kalalawigan ang mga hanapbuhay na magiging malaking tulong sa kanila upang matupad ang kanilang pangarap. Palagi lamang nating tatandaan na ang ating sarili, higit sa lahat, ang ating kailangang tulungan upang umunlad ang ating buhay,” the governor said.

The Job and Livelihood Fair is a project of the Provincial Government of Bulacan through its Provincial Youth, Sports and Public Employment Service Office in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment, Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, Department of Trade and Industry and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.

It is part of the weeklong celebration of Singkaban Festival anchored on the theme “Singkaban Festival 2019: Sining at Kalinangang Bulakenyo, Dangal ng Filipino”.
