Rey Valera brings music and laughter to Bulakenyos

GROUFIE WITH THE FANS. Bulakenyo OPM singer-songwriter Rey Valera is flocked by fans while performing his popular songs during the Araw ng Ginintuang Gulang, a free concert for senior citizens and veterans organized by the Provincial Administrator’s Office in partnership with Globe Telecom held at Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos recently.

CITY OF MALOLOS – A proud Bulakenyo, Rey Valera from Meycauayan, Bulacan gave Bulakenyos a night of feel good music and laughter during the Araw ng Ginintuang Gulang, a free concert for senior citizens and veterans organized by the Provincial Government of Bulacan (PGB) and Globe Telecom held recently.

I am proud to be a Bulakenyo,” Valera said.

The concert later on became open to everyone, young and old, to accommodate and give entertainment to more Bulakenyos.

Meanwhile, before Valera sang his heart out and bring memories back, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region 3 (DENR-3), PGB and Foundation for Economic Freedom (FEF) signed a Deed of Cooperation to advocate the implementation of the Residential Free Patent Act (RA 10023) among the local government units within the jurisdiction of DENR-3 through the Partnership for Land Rights and Governance (PLG).

Animnapung piso, no more, no less,” Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado said.

The Handog Titulo Program initially gave land titles to 100 beneficiaries.

Regional Director Arthur Salazar, DENR-3 said.

Also, Atty. Reynante Orceo, FEF Local Government Adviser said that the process for application of land titles should not be more than five months.

Orceo said.
