CITY OF MALOLOS- President Rodrigo Roa Duterte successfully inaugurated a total of seven school buildings with 140 classrooms at the two towns in Bulacan today.
The President personally attended the inauguration of the two units of four-storey 24 classroom and one unit of four-storey 12 classroom new school buildings in Gregorio H. Del Pilar High School in Sta. Ana, Bulakan, Bulacan; while virtually leading via live streaming the unveiling of marker of the four units of four-storey 20 classroom school buildings in Virginia Ramirez-Cruz High School in Siling Bata, Pandi, Bulacan.
Duterte assured the Bulakenyos that the government is exerting all efforts to go full throttle in the COVID-19 Vaccination Program to ensure the safety of students before the resumption of the face-to-face learning.
“I truly appreciate the patience and understanding of the learners, the parents and teachers in your locality. We are hopeful that these newly-built classrooms will provide a more conducive learning environment even as we cope with the new normal,” the President said.
For his part, Governor Daniel R. Fernando thanked President Duterte for his responsible leadership that guides the local officials to fight the pandemic and resolve all the problem that comes with it.
“Ang mahalagang araw na ito ng pagbubukas ng minamahal nating paaralan ay may hatid na mensahe ng pag-asa para sa ating lahat. Ito ay patunay na narito ang ating pamahalaan, handang manguna at makaagapay natin,” the governor said.
Duterte was joined with his common-law partner Cielito “Honeylet” Avancena, Senator Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go, Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar, Department of Education-Central Luzon Regional Director May Eclar, Public School District Supervisor Teresita Alquiza, and other Bulacan local officials. ###
