Bulacan Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado signs the Memorandum of Understanding between the Rotary Club of Songtan, Rotary Club of Malolos Republic and Bulacan Medical Center which grants the latter the Global Grant #1863399, a donation of medical equipment for its Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) held at the Official Residence, City of Malolos, Bulacan yesterday.
