PHOTO RELEASE – REGIONAL AWARDEES FOR CRIME PREVENTION
Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office Head Atty. Jayric L. Amil, representing Governor Daniel R. Fernando, receives the Regional Award for Best Local Government Unit in Crime Prevention on behalf of the Provincial Government of Bulacan, along with BPPO OIC-Provincial Director PCOL Jay B. Baybayan, who received the Regional Award for Best Crime Prevention Initiatives for the Bulacan Police Provincial Office, and PMSG Francis R. Damian, who received a commendation for his exemplary service, conferred during the celebration of the 60th Anniversary of the National Police Commission on September 23, 2026, at Casa Cabalen, Jose Abad Santos Avenue (JASA), City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
