The Provincial Health Office–Public Health (PHO-PH) team, led by Provincial Health Officer II Dr. Hjordis Marushka B. Celis, presents multiple recognitions to the Provincial Government of Bulacan from the Department of Health Central Luzon Center for Health Development last March, to Governor Daniel R. Fernando during the Monday Flag Ceremony at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium in the City of Malolos, Bulacan on April 6, 2026, including the Gawad Proteksyon Award, Bayani ng Bakuna, Sigasig Award, Golden Standard in Immunization Reporting Award, Matang Lawin Award, and Vigilante Award.
