Fernando presents to the Bulakenyos the Most Outstanding Public Servant Award during the Monday Flag Ceremony held today at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan, which was given to him by Diamond Golden Peace Care Good Heart World Class Global Award International Philippines, Inc. during the 3rd Diamond Golden Awards and Awarding Ceremony 2019 held at the Marco Polo Hotel, Ortigas, Pasig City yesterday.
