Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado receives the 2018 Model LGU Supporting Social Welfare Development Agency (SWDA) Award given to the Province of Bulacan and the 2018 Model Area Based Standards Network (ABSNET) Award given to the Bulacan Cluster from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Regional Director Gemma B. Gabuya, DSWD Central Office Director Marites M. Maristela and Regional ABSNET Federation President Salvador Ramirez in the 2018 SWDA Convention held at Otel Pampanga, San Fernando, Pampanga yesterday.
