Bulacan Gov. Daniel R. Fernando presents his trophy, medal and certificate of appreciation during the first Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan after being awarded with the Leadership Award for Outstanding Leader in 8th Philippine Empowered Men and Women of the Year 2025 on August 16 at Greenhills, San Juan City, Metro Manila.
