Department of Transportation (DOTr) Assistant Secretary for Right-of-Way Irish C. Calaguas turns over to Governor Daniel R. Fernando the ceremonial cheque amounting to P8,475,000.00 that will be used to extend livelihood assistance to families affected by the Malolos-Tutuban segment of the North-South Commuter Railway Project during the Monday Flag Ceremony held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan yesterday.
