PHOTO RELEASE – FIRST RECIPIENT IN CENTRAL LUZON

Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando, Vice Governor Alexis C. Castro (far right) and Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office Head Felicisima Mungcal (far left) receive the Mobile Command and Control Vehicle (MOCCOV), a mobile facility that can be used to plan, direct, coordinate, and control material and manpower resources in times of emergency from Department of Science and Technology Provincial Director Angelita Parungao during the official turnover yesterday held in front of the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan. It is equipped with various capabilities for emergency situations to exercise contingency and response plans and has its own weather station system, drone, satellite phone, and other communication and surveillance equipment. It also has included triage with available rescue equipment and medical apparatuses.
