Bulakenyo scholars show off their Landbank cards as the Provincial Government of Bulacan continues to empower the financial aspect of their educational needs in the recently conducted scholarship grant distribution through the Tulong Pang-Edukasyon Para sa Bulakenyo Program last May 7 held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium in the City of Malolos, Bulacan. The event was led by Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Governor Alexis C. Castro together with Provincial Administrator Antonia V. Constantino (upper row, fifth from left) and Provincial Administrator’s Office Assistant Department Head Catherine A. Inocencio (upper row, fourth from left).
