Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office Head Felicisima Mungcal and her staff along with the members of Bulacan Rescue present their trophies to Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado, Vice Gov. Daniel R. Fernando and to other Bulakenyos who attended the Monday Flag Ceremony at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan, which they received after winning as the Overall Champion-Provincial Category in the 14th Central Luzon Regional Olympics held last July 26-27, 2017 in Palayan City, Nueva Ecija. Joining them in the photo opportunity are Board Members Therese Cheryll Ople, Emelita Viceo and Felix Ople.
