CITY OF MALOLOS – In a few days, business advocates will feast on new learnings and entertainment as the Provincial Government of Bulacan and Bulacan Chamber of Commerce and Industry hold “Bulacan Business Conference 2017” with the theme “Napapanahong Pagbabago Tungo sa Patuloy na Pag-asenso” on September 8-12, 2017, 8 am to 5 pm at the Pavilion, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center in this city.
Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado said the conference will be filled with talks, demonstrations and exhibits that will interest the participants.
The admission for the five-day exhibit is free so business enthusiasts and other interested attendees are welcome to participate.
“Iba ang may negosyo pero mahirap itaya ang lahat ng meron ka, kaya dapat bago magsimula ng negosyo siguraduhin munang alam mo ang papasukin mo, at isang magandang oportunidad itong Business Conference para matuto at maging well versed pagdating sa usapin ng pagnenegosyo,” Alvarado said.
On the first day, the event will open the Bulacan Food Fair and Exposition (BUFFEX) and Builders’ Exposition (BUILDEX) and the new Bulacan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) members and officers and local business councils will also take their oath.
The second day will be filled with back to back cooking demonstrations such as “Kaluto ni Mayor Mom” by Mayor Tosario Montejo of Pulilan and “Kaluto ni Tita Lorna” by Cong. Lorna Silverio, third district representative. There will also be a tribute to Bulacan Food champions as the BCCI awards those who succeed in the field of food industry.
On September 10 and 11, there will be talks on Agri-Tourism wherein Senator Cynthia Villar will be the guest speaker and Farming Enterprise will be discussed by Mr. Henry Lim Bon Liong from the SL Agritech Corporation. There will also be talks on The Road Networking to Success and Seminar on Innovation and Digital Transformation.
Moreover, ‘Adobo Bulacan Cooking Contest Grand Finals’ using Sukang Paombong will be held.
On the fifth day, nine finalists from Grade 1-6 pupils will compete for the ‘Awitan sa BUFFEX Grand Finals’.
