PAGCOR awards branded medical equipment to BMC

CITY OF MALOLOS – Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Alejandro H. Tengco led the turnover of two branded medical equipment to Governor Daniel R. Fernando during the Flag Ceremony held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium in this city last Monday.

The high-end equipment, one 2D echo machine and one portable ultrasound machine, will be used in the Bulacan Medical Center to aid the needs on healthcare services of the Bulakenyo patients.

“Pinili po ng PAGCOR na ang ipagkaloob ay hindi basta lamang na mga medical equipment kundi branded medical equipment. Iyan po ang isa sa pinakamahusay na gumagawa ng mga medical equipment,” Tengco said.

He added that PAGCOR asks nothing in return aside from taking good care of the machines in order to be of help to the Bulakenyos for a long time.

Meanwhile, Fernando thanked the Bulakenyo PAGCOR chairman for the constant help to Bulacan through awarding of various assistances including farm machineries and assistive and medical devices among others.

“Mapalad po ang lalawigan ng Bulacan sapagkat tayo ay mayroong gabinete sa ating national government na talaga naman pong mahal na mahal niya ang ating lalawigan at pabalik-balik upang magdala ng mga biyaya sa ating mga kapwa Bulakenyo,” the governor said.

Moreover, Tengco vowed to be in constant talk with the Provincial Government of Bulacan through the Provincial Engineer’s Office to realize Fernando’s dream of establishing the Bulacan Sports Academy to be situated inside the Bulacan Sports Complex in this city. ###
