Numerous Tatak Bulacan food choices available in BUFFEX 2019

CITY OF MALOLOS – Food lovers’ cravings will surely be satisfied because of various food choices to choose from at the Bulacan Food Fair Exposition (BUFFEX) starting on September 9 to 13, 2019 from 8 am until 6 pm at The Pavilion in Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center here.

This is part of the yearly Bulacan Business Conference 2019 with the theme “Panlasang Bulakenyo-Panlasang Asyano: Pagkakaisa sa Gitna ng Pagkakaiba-iba” wherein the Bulacan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and the Provincial Government of Bulacan headed by Gov. Daniel R. Fernando in cooperation with the Department of Trade and Industry and Negosyo Center of Bulacan has lined up different activities that will surely help the Bulakenyos to become wise buyers.

Also, attendees will have the opportunity to listen and learn from the lectures and stories of entrepreneurs and invited personalities for free.

Among the products available in the exposition are fresh and processed food, agri and marine products, gourmet and pastries, heirloom recipes, and other products of partner industries.

Meanwhile, other activities on September 9 are the Grand Opening Inaugural Ceremonies of Vietnam Inbound Trade Mission and Zumba that will last for four days; oath-taking of the board of trustees and new members of BCCI, Exhibitors’ Videoke Challenge-Elimination at Sponsors’ Time on September 10; Tribute to Bulacan Food Champions and On the-Spot Cooking Contest with “Longganisa Fusion” on September 11; Cooking Demo on September 12; and culminating program for cooking demo, Exhibitors’ Videoke Challenge Grand Finals, Awitan sa BUFFEX’ Singing Contest Grand Finals, and awarding ceremony for the “Best Booths” on September 13.

BUFFEX is one of the activities in the weeklong celebration of Singkaban Festival 2019 with the theme “Sining at Kalinangang Bulakenyo, Dangal ng Filipino.”
