Former SAP Go opens Malasakit Center in Bulacan

CITY OF MALOLOS – Bulakenyos can now expect zero billing on their hospital bill after former Special Assistant to the President Christopher Lawrence ‘Bong’ Go inaugurated the Malasakit Center located at the Bulacan Medical Center in this city yesterday.
The Malasakit Center is a program of the government which aims to serve as a one-stop shop of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), Department of Social Welfare and Development Office (DSWD), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Philhealth) and Department of Health (DOH) to hasten the delivery of medical services and give poor patients access to free medicines.
Go explained to the full-packed Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium how the Malasakit Center can help the patient’s family to achieve a zero-medical bill.
The turnover of a check worth 10 million pesos was also turned over to Malasakit Center during the said event.
Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado thanked President Rodrigo Roa Duterte through former SAP Go for choosing Bulacan as one of the places to build a Malasakit Center.
Our government is recognizing the need of everyone, young and old, to be physically fit and mentally well.
The Province of Bulacan is the fifth in Luzon and 18th in the whole country to have a Malasakit Center.
