Subject:  Call for Application of Civil Society Organization / Private Sector Representatives Interested to be Appointed Members of the Regional Peace and Order Council III 

The Regional Peace and Order Council Secretariat hereby calls for the application of interested/prospective CSOs/Private Sector Representatives (PSRs) who will be appointed as members of RPOC.

Aspiring CSOs should satisfy the following application requirements:

  • Regional Operations or at least in two (2) or more provinces;
  • Organization’s purposes include maintenance of peace and order, community organization and development or similar objectives and considerations;
  • With project development and implementation track record of at least one (1) year; and
  • Such other related criteria which the RPOC may deem essential

CSOs/PSRs who wish to express their interest may send a formal letter addressed to the RPOC-3 Head Secretariat and DILG RO3 Regional Director, on or before October 30, 2022 along with the documentary requirements, as follows:

  • Letter of Application include the following:
  • Name of Organization
  • Office Address
  • Organizational Structure
  • List of current officers and members
  • Name of permanent and alternate representatives
  • Date of Birth of permanent and alternate representatives
  • Current Address of permanent and alternate representatives
  • Photocopy of government-issued ID with photo
  • Certificate of Accreditation from the Sanggunian or Certificate of
    Registration (SEC, CDA, NAPC, NCIP, or any NGA empowered by the law to accredit or register such organization)
  • Annual Accomplishment Report for the preceding year
  • Financial Statement for the preceding year
  • Willingness of the applicant CSO to undergo background investigation
