Provincial Administrator Antonia V. Constantino, on behalf of Governor Daniel R. Fernando, receive multiple awards as the Provincial Government of Bulacan through the Provincial History, Arts, Culture, and Tourism Office was hailed the grand winner as Most Outstanding Heritage and Cultural Tourism Award for SINEliksik Bulacan, Most Outstanding Culinary Tourism Program for Kalutong Bulakenyo, and second runner-up for Most Outstanding Festival for Singkaban Festival during the TRES (Tourism Recognition for Enterprises and Stakeholders) Awards by the Department of Tourism – Region 3 Office held at the Quest Plus Conference Center, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga yesterday.
