I GIVE THIS RESORT AS A -5 RATING STAR!
IF YOUR PLANNING TO TAKE A OVERNIGHT STAY HERE IN GROTTO VISTA,
THINK AGAIN AND AGAIN!!
IT IS BETTER TO LOOK OTHER RESORTS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A VERY VERY VERY POOR SECURITY ON THERE HOTEL!!
NO FRONT DESK PERSONNEL, NO SECURITY GUARD, NO ROAMING GUARD ON THE HOTEL ROOMS!!
THEFT AND ROBBERY PRONE ROOMS!!
OUTSIDERS CAN EASILY GO INSIDE AND ROAM ARROUND THE HOTEL ROOMS..
THE HOTEL ROOMS IS LOOK LIKE OLD MANSION, AND ABANDONED!
THE DOOR KNOBS ARE NOT FUNCTIONING, IF YOUR GOING TO WATCH TV, THERE ARE ONLY 3 CHANNELS AND
UNCLEANED BATH ROOMS!!
THE PERSONNELS ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY..
I STRONGLY DISAGREED THAT THEIR RESORT IS ONE OF THE BEST IN BULACAN

First of all, we visited the resort, which was recommended by friends in Manila. As much as we were excited to visit and get to swim on a hot day, we were strongly dissapointed, dirty pool water, unsanitary restroom facilities. It is probably the dirtiest resort I have ever visited. I will never go there again nor will I recommend it. 1 Star, if not 0 star. Lousy resort. |
