We really had a bad and humiliating experience to them last Sunday. The so-called supervisors should be trained on how to practice efficient customer service and handle complaints with thorough investigation first before asking the police to approach their customers. I will really campaign to all of my relatives and friends not to go to this resort/hotel for them not to experience the same situation we had. There are a lot more beautiful and attractive resorts in bulacan but with very accommodating and polite staff.
