Wilhelmino Sy-Alvarado, together with BM Therese Cheryll Ople, awards Elisabeth Faustino, treasurer of BICLAT Agrarian Reform Multi-Purpose Cooperative of San Miguel, a check worth P75, 000 as financial grant under the Negoskoop Financing Program for their Rice Trading Project during the opening ceremony of the Buwan ng Kooperatiba at Pangangalakal with this year’s theme “Kooperatiba at Kalakalan: Lingkod ng Lalawigan sa Pagpapaunlad ng Kabuhayan at Pangangalaga ng Kalikasan” at Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium.
