Bulacan Information Systems
The Province of Bulacan, through the distinctive leadership of its Governor, Josefina Mendoza dela Cruz, is aimed to be the Information Communication Technology (ICT) capital of the Philippines and the next Silicon Valley.

Taking the lead to achieve these aggressive dreams for the province, the Administration makes use of ICT to create its bureaucratic innovations. Through ICT, the Administration brings processes, people and information together in a modern, convenient, fast-paced, efficient, effective and transparent working environment to deliver public service to its constituents, the Bulakeños. This reform also empowers Bulacan's 1,670 employees by providing only the latest in the field of computer and communications technology, adding up to their increased productivity and competitive advantage. These efforts bring about the dynamic linkages and partnership among the stakeholders, the clientele, the constituents, the people, and the government.

This provocative drive of the Administration to implement good governance, to deliver the services and bring the technology to the people, thus bridging digital divides, signifies the vital role of the Provincial Information Technology Office (PITO) in the syllogism of E-governance.

E-governance is an area of expertise where the province is paving the way and taking its big leap—another milestone to be added to its already streaming pride of rich cultural heritage, noble heroes, and incomparable achievers.
