Major Achievements
- Public Education
Conceive the establishment of Public High School in three (3) Barangays namely San Marcos Barangay High School, Caniogan Barangay High School and Sta. Lucia Barangay High School.
- Public Utility
Formed and established a semi-government institution Calumpit Water District (CAWADI) to operate/supply the Municipality's Water System.
- Infrastructure Projects
- Construction of a Hanging Bridge that Connects Brgy. Sapang Bayan to Town Proper and a major Concrete Bridge that connects Brgys. Meyto and Panducot to other Barangays leading to Town Proper
- Instrumental in the establishment and construction in Calumpit of a Livelihood and Development Training Center of the 1st District of Bulacan through the assistance of TESDA
- Construction of the Calumpit Sports Complex through the assistance of the Provincial Government of Bulacan
- Construction of the Calumpit Historical Shrine in Brgy. Meyto as the oldest town in Central Luon founded in 1575 by the Spaniards
- Construction of the Calumpit District Hospital in Brgy. Caniogan and Day Care Centers through the assistance of DSWD and NGOs.
- Agricultural Projects
Initiated the Diversified Farming and Seedling Dispersal Programs through the assistance of the Department of Agriculture and PAIDO.
- Economic Enterprise Management
- Construction of the Bagong Pamilihang Bayan ng Calumpit through the assistance of World Bank DPWH Minute Program.
- Livelihood Programs on Tilapia and Hito Hatcheries--A joint project with Central Luzon State University
- Instituted the Ulang Culture Project through the Department of Science and Technology and PCAMARD.
- Outreach Programs
- Barangay Dalaw - a one long week stay to each and every Barangay of 29 conducted by the Municipal Officials and Local Department Heads for purposes of updating and bringing the Municipal Government closer to the people.
- Ugnayan sa Barangay - visitation conducted by Local Officials in order to identify basic problems and priority projects of the Barangay Constituents concerned.
- Development Planning
Prepared and approved the Calumpit Master Development Plan/ Town Plan and Zoning Ordinance through the assistance of LOGODEP, NGOs and MDC.
