Married to the former Alice Umlas, with whom he had three (3) children, namely:
1) Carlo Pacifico, graduate of BS Math Major in Actuarial Science;
2) Katrina, graduate of BS Commerce Major in Management Information System; and
3) Benjamin Antonuio.
Working as Vice President and General Manager (since 1978) of Enrian Development Corporation, a closed family corporation engaged in fishpond operation (aquaculture) and commercial printing press. He had a short stint as Computer Programmer of IBM Philippines in 1975 after he’s graduation from De La Salle (College then) University with a Bachelor of Arts, Major in Mathematics degree.
Serving his second three (3)-year term (1198-2001; 2001-2004) as Member of the Provincial Board (Legislature) of the Province of Bulacan, having won and topped in the May 1998 and 2001 Philippine national/local elections. His previous involvement in politics was when he was elected Village Leader (Barangay Captain) of his home village in 1982-1986; and was appointed Member of the Municipal Council of Malolos (local legislature) in 1987 right after the “EDSA people power revolution.” He is presently the Majority Floor Leader of the Provincial Board and Chair of the Committees on Trade and Industry, and of Cooperatives. He has just finished in September 2002 a special course in Financial Institutions for Private Enterprises Development at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

His involvement with Rotary started when he was sponsored into membership in the Rotary Club of Malolos in 1980 under the classification of Fish Culture. This is the club that his father organized in 1949 and has produced a Rotary International Director in the Person of PRID Sabino “Benny” Santosin 1990-92
Havin been well educated in matters of Rotary, he easily got himself involved with various club activities until he became Club Presidents in 1986. He was appointed District Governor’s Group Representatives (DGGR) immediately after his presidency and subsequently assigned to Chair Various District Committees until he became the Team Leader of an all-female GSE Team to District 1190 in England in 1989
In 1990, upon his club’s nomination, the R.I. District 3770 Nominating Committee elected him to serve as District Governor for SY 1992 –1993. Thereafter, he became sought-after speaker in various Conference, Assemblies, Seminars, and Forums, especially on Rotary Information. He Chaired the District’s Delegate to the Council on Legislation of 2001 in Chicago Illinois.
He plays the piano and organ, and is 16-handicap golfer.
