Property Management System (PMS) The PMS was developed in order to allow the province to have an online inventory of its equipments and monitor the use thereof real-time thus promoting accountability. The following are among its salient modules: 1)    Material/Equipment Information; 2)    Inventory and Purchasing; 3)    Job Costing; 4)    Posting to the General Ledger; and 5)    Accounts Payable and Receivable.
